Privacy policy

This policy explains how Laura, who runs Láurem and created MAJA, handles your data when you browse this website or contact her through it.

The data we receive

The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. A phone number is optional. Technical information needed to secure the form and prevent abuse is also processed.

Please do not send diagnoses, a detailed medical history, other sensitive health information or requests for urgent help.

How we use your data

Your data is used to reply to your message, discuss a MAJA session, gift voucher or visit to your city, and protect the form from automated submissions. Using the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile is the intended form protection service, and Brevo is the intended service for delivering enquiries by email. These providers may process technical request data under their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, only with your consent to understand which pages people visit and how they use the website. The service uses analytics cookies and processes page views and other website usage data, browser identifiers and technical information about your browser and device. Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to it before you accept or if you decline.

We do not include contact form entries in analytics data. Page addresses are sent without query parameters or URL fragments. If a referring website’s address is sent, it includes only the domain and protocol, without the address of the specific page. Advertising features, including Google signals and ad personalisation, are disabled.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. Analytics cookies are also set to expire after 180 days. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting “Analytics settings” in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use the website or contact Laura.

For more about how Google handles data, see Google’s privacy policy. The website does not use Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights or advertising pixels.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any related arrangements, and for any period required by applicable law. To request a copy of your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, or to raise another privacy question, email labas@laurem.lt.

If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can contact Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate.

The legal and operational details in this policy will be confirmed before the website is made available for indexing on its primary domain.
