Before your visit

Massage session rules

I want our time together to be respectful, safe and attentive. Before booking, please take a moment to read these session rules.

1. Booking

Appointments must be booked in advance.

A booking is confirmed only once you receive final confirmation.

By booking, you confirm that you have read the massage session rules.

2. Rescheduling and cancellation

Please request a change of appointment at least 48 hours before the agreed time.

You can cancel by giving at least 24 hours' notice.

If your plans change, please let me know as early as possible.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments, the deposit conditions in section 3 apply.

3. Payment and deposit

A €50 deposit is payable when booking and counts towards the total price of the massage session.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, the deposit may be non-refundable, subject to the conditions agreed in advance and applicable law.

Why does respecting reserved time matter?

A massage session is not a short appointment that only needs an hour cleared in the calendar. For a three-hour session, I reserve time for one person, plan my working day and prepare for their arrival.

When someone cancels at the last minute or does not attend, it is often no longer possible to offer that time to another client. This means losing the opportunity to welcome someone else, as well as working time and income.

By reserving an appointment, we make a mutual commitment to respect the time we have agreed.

4. Health information

You must tell me about health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medication and anything else that could affect the safety of the massage session.

Please let me know before the session if your health has changed since booking.

If there are contraindications or reasonable concerns about safety, I reserve the right to postpone or decline the session.

5. Professional boundaries and conduct

Massage is a professional body care service. It is not an intimate or sexual service.

Inappropriate behaviour, sexual remarks, disrespect or disregard for professional boundaries are grounds for ending the session immediately.

Payment for the part of the service already provided and the reserved time is then handled according to the conditions agreed in advance and applicable law.

6. Purpose of the session and responsibilities

Massage offers time to care for how your body feels, ease your sense of tension and become more aware of your body.

Any assessment of the body stays within a massage practitioner's scope of practice. No medical diagnoses are made and no definitive causes of health conditions are established. Massage does not replace a doctor's consultation, diagnosis or prescribed medical treatment.

If you have health concerns, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health.

7. Respect for time and space

Please arrive at the agreed time, attend to personal hygiene and arrive sober.

If you are running late, please let me know.

Arriving late may shorten the time available for your session if it cannot be extended.

I reserve the right to decline to begin or to end a session if a client's behaviour is aggressive, disrespectful or raises reasonable concerns about safety.

8. Alcohol and psychoactive substances

Sessions are not provided to anyone under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances.

If signs of intoxication are noticed before or during the session, it will not begin or will be stopped.

Payment in such cases is handled according to the conditions agreed in advance and applicable law.

Massage after alcohol or other psychoactive substance use may pose a health risk, so please act responsibly.

Thank you for respecting my work, time and space.

Clear agreements matter to me, so that during the session I can give my full attention to you and your body.
